Job Description
```Job Overview``` We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Assistant to join our team. As a Personal Care Assistant, you will provide essential support and assistance to individuals who require help with daily activities. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of others. ```Responsibilities```
- Assist clients with personal care tasks, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Help with meal preparation and feeding
- Provide medication reminders and assist with medication management
- Assist with light housekeeping tasks, including laundry and tidying up
- Accompany clients to appointments and outings
- Engage in meaningful activities with clients to promote socialization and mental stimulation
- Monitor and report any changes in clients' physical or mental health to the appropriate healthcare professionals
