Resident Care Assistant /Caregiver Parkside Senior Living at Ellijay Ellijay, GA 30540 Parkside Senior Living at Ellijay is seeking compassionate and dependable Resident Care Assistants and Caregivers to join our Assisted Living team. You will provide hands-on assistance and daily support while helping residents maintain their dignity, independence, comfort, and quality of life.

Pay and Schedule Resident Care Assistant/Caregiver:

$15.00-$16.00 per hour PRN OR Part Time EOW 7a-3p/3p-11p/11p-7a Weekly pay Responsibilities Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting Help residents with mobility, transfers, and ambulation Provide companionship and emotional support Assist with meal service and hydration Observe and report changes in residents' physical or emotional condition Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment Document all care and services according to community policies Work closely with nursing staff and other team members to provide quality resident care Respond promptly and respectfully to residents' needs Qualifications Caregiving experience in assisted living, memory care, long-term care, or a similar setting is preferred Experience as a Resident Care Assistant, Caregiver, PCA is preferred Compassion for seniors and a commitment to excellent resident care Strong communication and interpersonal skills Dependable, patient, and team-oriented Ability to work evenings, every other weekend, and holidays as scheduled High school diploma or GED preferred What We Offer Weekly pay Supportive team environment Opportunities for growth and advancement Meaningful work serving seniors Join the team at Parkside Senior Living at Ellijay and make a difference in the lives of our residents every day!
