The qualified candidate must have experience providing in-home support, be dependable, trustworthy and able to work patiently with the client. The position includes ADL's such as:

• Assistance with transferring client
• Assisting client with dressing
• Providing watchful oversight
• Engaging client in activities such as talking and companionship

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS POSITION

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to read and write english
• Reliable transportation
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check
• Must be able to provide references
• Ability to work with limited supervision
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Have good personal hygiene
• Able to do light housekeeping
• 1 year work experience as a PCA or Caregiver

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
