Monitor patients' health by taking vital signs, observing for changes in condition, and reporting findings accurately to healthcare professionals. Support medication administration following prescribed care plans while adhering to HIPAA regulations to ensure patient confidentiality. Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs and assist with meal consumption when necessary. Maintain a clean and safe environment by performing light cleaning duties and ensuring infection control protocols are followed diligently. Provide emotional support and companionship to clients, fostering a caring and respectful atmosphere that upholds residents' rights. Ability to perform first aid and CPR confidently in emergency situations; certification preferred. Experience working in group homes, nursing homes, assisted living facilities, or home health environments is advantageous.
