We are seeking a compassionate, dependable Male Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide support for a male individual with developmental and/or physical disabilities. The ideal candidate will be patient, reliable, and committed to improving the quality of life for the person they support.

Note:

This position requires a male caregiver due to the personal care needs and preferences of the individual receiving services.

Responsibilities:

Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting Support in community outings, appointments, and recreational activities Monitor and ensure the individual's safety at all times Encourage independence and skill development Maintain documentation and communication logs Provide companionship and emotional support

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to pass background checks and drug screening Prior experience as a DSP or in caregiving preferred but not required Ability to lift [X] lbs and assist with physical transfers, if needed Respect for client privacy, dignity, and rights WE are looking for someone to start as soon as possible!!!
