Job Description
Overview Join our compassionate team as a Personal Care Assistant and make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals requiring support with daily activities and personal care. Client is a 52-year-old female; who lives with her husband. She relies on her family/paid caregiver for assistance with her daily needs. She has diagnosis of end stage renal failure with dialysis, stroke, hypertension, diabetes, left below the knee amputation, right above the knee amputation, hyperlipidemia, and numbness/tingling in left hand. : She is alert and oriented to person, place, and time and her speech is clear. She is non-ambulatory; she can self-propel using a manual wheelchair around her home and for short distances. She transfers safely via a Hoyer lift. She goes to dialysis 3 times a week Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Needs Monday- Friday, Saturday and Sunday, 11am-7pm
