Responsibilities include:
Assist residents with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and meal preparation Encourage independence while supporting each individual's personal goals and routines Maintain a safe, clean, and respectful home environment Monitor and report changes in residents' health, behaviors, or overall well-being Assist with transportation to appointments, community outings, and activities Collaborate with healthcare professionals and team members to provide comprehensive support Provide dependable coverage and support based on program needs Qualifications Must be at least 21 years of age Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance required Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English Previous experience in medical, caregiving, healthcare, DSP, CNA, PCA, or related fields preferred but not required Dependable, compassionate, patient, and detail-oriented Ability to adapt to changing schedules and support different resident needs Join a Team That Makes a Difference At Crest Services , our Direct Support Professionals are the foundation of the meaningful support we provide.
