As a Direct Support Professional, you'll work directly with individuals with developmental disabilities, helping them build skills, stay active, and enjoy daily life. Help with daily routines like meals, hygiene, and activities Teach and support life skills (communication, independence, social skills) Hang out and participate in fun activities or community outings Keep simple notes and documentation up to date Follow care plans and support strategies Be part of a team that supports each other

What We're Looking For:

Someone patient, reliable, and kind Good communication skills Willingness to learn (we provide training) High school diploma or GED Valid driver's license (if needed for outings)
