00/hour Limited openings available! Kaskaskia Workshop, Inc. is looking for compassionate, dependable individuals to join our team as Direct Support Professionals (DSPs). We have several opportunities available across our residential and day programs. As a DSP, you'll help adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities build independence, develop skills, participate in their communities, and live fulfilling lives. Residential Direct Support Professional

CILA Starting Pay:

$17.00/hour DSP Certification Required Our Community Integrated Living Arrangement (CILA) homes provide 24-hour support to four adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a residential setting.

Available Schedules:

Full-Time 2nd

Shift:

3:00 PM-11:00 PM Full-Time 3rd

Shift:

11:00 PM-7:00 AM Part-Time 2nd

Shift:

Saturday, Sunday & Monday, 2:00 PM-10:00 PM Responsibilities include: Assist individuals with activities of daily living, including personal care and hygiene Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed Administer medications according to established procedures Support community outings, recreational activities, and socialization Complete required documentation and follow individualized support plans Encourage independence, dignity, choice, and personal growth Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive home environment Assist with mobility and other physical support needs as necessary

Important:

$16.50/hour Part-Time Our KWI Day Program onsite at Bryan Manor provides opportunities for individuals to participate in meaningful activities, build skills, socialize, and engage with their community.

Responsibilities may include:

Support individuals during daily activities and community outings Assist with skill development and individual goals Encourage socialization, communication, and community participation Provide support with personal care as needed Complete required documentation Help create a safe, positive, and engaging environment Promote independence, dignity, and individual choice ______________________________________________________________________________________________
