Saturday & Sunday, 9:00 PM-9:00 AM Valid driver's license required. Must be willing to drive company vehicles. Pay $21.60/hour base rate $24.60/hour for employees listed as a DD-Aide on the HCWR About the Position Rimland is seeking dependable, compassionate, and professional DSPs to support adults with developmental disabilities in their homes and communities.

Responsibilities include:

Assisting with daily living activities Meal preparation Supporting independence and social skills Providing companionship Community outings and activities Supporting individual goals No prior DSP experience required. Paid training is provided.
