Job Summary We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver/Personal Care Assistant to provide exceptional support to individuals in various care settings. This role involves assisting clients with daily activities, ensuring their safety, and promoting their well-being through personalized care. You will play a vital role in maintaining a safe, clean, and supportive environment while respecting customer's rights and dignity. Duties Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and transferring when necessary Support customers with meal preparation and ensuring nutritional needs are met Utilize patient transfer methods such as Hoyer lifts or other manual handling techniques to ensure safe mobility when and if necessary Maintain a clean environment by performing light housekeeping tasks and sanitation duties Provide personal transportation assistance for appointments or outings as needed Observe and document patient conditions, behaviors, and responses to care interventions through daily care notes Assist with specialized care such as Alzheimer's, dementia, memory care, or neurodevelopmental disorders Support customer's rights by respecting their preferences and promoting independence within safety guidelines Follow all safety protocols and emergency procedures Experience Prior experience not necessary Demonstrated experience in patient observation, monitoring vital signs if needed, and the ability to understand Alzheimer's, Dementia and Parkinsons's Hands-on experience with patient transfer methods such as Hoyer lifts or other mobility aids a plus Familiarity with HIPAA compliance standards and confidentiality protocols in healthcare settings Strong communication skills for effective client interaction and team collaboration Join us to make a meaningful difference in people's lives! Pay:

$17.00 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 9.0 - 40.0 per week
