Help at Home, a leading provider in Healthcare & Medical Services, seeks a compassionate Home Care Aide to support clients in their homes. In this full-time role, you will assist with daily activities such as bathing, grooming, dressing, mobility, light housekeeping, and meal preparation while promoting independence and dignity. You will offer companionship, follow personalized care plans, provide medication reminders, and report changes in condition. Responsibilities Provide compassionate in-home care to clients, assisting with bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting while maintaining dignity and privacy. Support safe mobility, transfers, and positioning, following care plans and using proper body mechanics and assistive devices. Prepare simple, nutritious meals, assist with feeding as needed, and encourage adequate hydration. Perform light housekeeping tasks such as laundry, tidying, and maintaining a clean, safe living environment. Offer companionship, conversation, and emotional support to reduce isolation and promote well-being. Provide medication reminders as directed and promptly report changes in client condition to supervisors. Follow infection control, safety, and emergency procedures to protect clients and yourself. Accurately document services provided and client observations according to agency policies. Coordinate with care teams and family members to support individualized care plans.
