As a Mentor/Direct Support Professional (DSP), you will provide a variety of supports for individuals with disabilities so that they may be able to live as independently as possible:

▪ Ensure individuals are healthy and safe at home

▪ Support in daily life activities like cooking, cleaning, dressing, bathing

▪ Encourage clients to try new things and be more involved in meaningful activities of their choice
