Part-Time Schedule:
4 to 5 hours per day (approximately 20 to 25 hours per week) Job Summary We are seeking a compassionate, dependable, and experienced Home Health Aide to provide in-home care and support for an individual in a private residence. This part-time position requires approximately 4 to 5 hours each day and is ideal for a caregiver who is patient, attentive, and committed to helping clients maintain their independence and quality of life. Responsibilities Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) Provide personal care assistance, including grooming, dressing, and hygiene Prepare light meals and snacks Perform light housekeeping, including laundry, dishes, and general tidying Provide companionship and emotional support Assist with mobility and safety monitoring Provide medication reminders Accompany client to appointments or errands as needed Observe and report any changes in the client's condition or well-being Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable home environment Required Qualifications High school diploma or GED preferred Minimum of one year of caregiving, home health, CNA, or related experience preferred Current CPR/BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross Current 2-Step TB Test (or TB screening documentation as required by state regulations) or a recent chest X-ray with clearance documentation Current physical examination completed within the last six (6) months Ability to pass a background check and drug screening Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality Reliable, compassionate, and professional demeanor Required Qualifications Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Home Health Aide (HHA), or related healthcare credential Experience working with seniors or individuals with chronic health conditions Familiarity with home care best practices and safety procedures How to Apply If you are a caring and dependable professional who meets the certification and health screening requirements and enjoys helping others remain safe and comfortable in their homes, we encourage you to apply today.
