Pay:
FLAT SHIFT RATE
•$160 for days/evenings - $200 for overnight/weekend

What You'll Do as a DSP, you'll support individuals in their daily lives while promoting independence and community involvement.
Responsibilities include:
Assisting with daily routines and activities Supporting development of independent living skills Coordinating healthcare needs Administering medications (with training) Encouraging positive personal care habits Empowering individuals to make choices and express preferences Providing transportation to appointments, errands, and community activities What We're Looking For Must be 18 years or older Valid Driver's License Proof of Auto Insurance Social Security Card or Birth Certificate Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and remain active throughout shifts Ability to pass federal and state background checks No experience required - paid training provided! Schedule Options As needed Floater on call to fill cover shifts in emergencies, call off's, vacations etc. Benefits Employee Referral Program •Sign on Bonus•Paid after successful completion of 90 days - and in good standing
