As a DSP, Caregiver, Direct Care Worker, Community Support Professional, Residential Support Staff member, or Care Provider, you will support individuals in achieving greater independence while promoting dignity, choice, and community inclusion.

Responsibilities Include:

• Building meaningful relationships with individuals receiving services
• Providing companionship and emotional support
• Encouraging participation in hobbies, recreational activities, and community events
• Assisting with daily living activities including hygiene, meal preparation, and household tasks
• Supporting the development of independent living skills
• Assisting with personal care when needed
• Providing transportation to appointments, activities, and community events
• Helping individuals achieve personal goals
• Maintaining a safe, clean, and comfortable living environment
• Documenting services and tracking progress
• Following all health and safety procedures
• Participating in Paid Training and continuing education opportunities
