Job Description

We are looking for a compassionate Home Health Aides to provide assistance in daily living and personal care services in senior's homes in accordance with an established care plan. for immediate consideration Responsibilities Provide home maker/ daily living assistance services in patient's home Perform domestic and household tasks such as (light cleaning and meal prep) Provide medication reminders Assist with clients personal care activities (bathing, dressing, personal hygiene assistance, and transfers) Maintain and submit weekly progress notes for care rendered Skills Minimum two year of home care experience in facility Familiarity with personal hygiene standards Proficiency in English Caring and compassionate personality Valid driver's license (preferred) High school degree (preferred) HHA/CNA license (preferred) Minimum (base) salary: $17 per hour Max pay: $20 per hour (each case salary is based on level of care needed and distance)
