We equip them with life skills, stability, and confidence to transition toward self-sufficiency. We are seeking a Residential Care Assistant to join our team on weekends and second shift , helping to create a structured, nurturing, and empowering environment for our residents. What You'll Do:

✔ Support & Encourage

• Help residents work toward independent living, reinforcing personal and life skills. ✔ Maintain a Safe, Structured Home
• Ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming environment at the Leep Home. ✔ Teach Healthy Choices
• Model and encourage positive decision-making , using Choice Theory (training provided). ✔ Assist with Daily Living
• Support residents with meal planning, household tasks, and goal setting . ✔ Provide Compassionate Care
• Offer guidance while maintaining professional boundaries . ✔ Communicate Effectively
• Work closely with the Life Skills Manager and Residential Team to ensure consistent care and accountability. ✔ Complete Shift Documentation
• Log daily updates promptly and accurately.

What We're Looking For:

Passion for serving women and at-risk populations Background in Human Services, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field (preferred but not required) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to maintain professional boundaries while building trust Weekend (all shifts) and second-shift (3/4P
