Location:
Mishawaka, IN Part-Time | $[14- 16] per hour Make a Difference in the Lives of Women!
What You'll Do:
✔ Support & Encourage- Help residents work toward independent living, reinforcing personal and life skills. ✔ Maintain a Safe, Structured Home
- Ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming environment at the Leep Home. ✔ Teach Healthy Choices
- Model and encourage positive decision-making , using Choice Theory (training provided). ✔ Assist with Daily Living
- Support residents with meal planning, household tasks, and goal setting . ✔ Provide Compassionate Care
- Offer guidance while maintaining professional boundaries . ✔ Communicate Effectively
- Work closely with the Life Skills Manager and Residential Team to ensure consistent care and accountability. ✔ Complete Shift Documentation
- Log daily updates promptly and accurately.
What We're Looking For:
Passion for serving women and at-risk populations Background in Human Services, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field (preferred but not required) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to maintain professional boundaries while building trust Weekend (all shifts) and second-shift (3/4P- 10/11P) availability is required Willingness to learn Choice Theory and trauma-informed care (training provided) Why Work With Us? ✅ Impactful Work
