Join our team as a Direct Support Professional and help individuals with disabilities live more independently, achieve their goals, and thrive every day. Our Direct Support Professionals provide assistance to individuals with physical and intellectual disabilities to live an independent life.
Our caring professionals assist with:
Companionship Community engagement and socialization Life Skills Community Outings Personal hygiene Routine housekeeping tasks Administration of medications Money management Nutrition, grocery shopping, and cooking Attending medical appointments Proper use of appliances and adaptive/assistive devices Home safety, first aid, and emergency procedures
QUALIFICATIONS
: Must be at least 18 years of age. Must pass background checks. Must have a valid driver's license, a working vehicle, personal vehicle insurance, and acceptable driving record. Must be willing to work non-traditional hours (as required) to meet individual needs (evenings, weekends, and holidays). Excellent work and personal references required. No experience required. Additional expectations include the ability to complete all required written documentation and supporting reports of services provided; Manage a variable work schedule with good attendance and punctuality; Complete ongoing in-service and other educational training.
Weekend Premium:
Staff will receive a $1.00 increase to their hourly rate of pay.
Midnight Premium:
Staff will receive a $1.50 increase to their hourly rate of pay.
