Direct Support Professional or CNA - 1:1 Support Life Patterns Day & Residential Services is currently seeking a caring and dependable Direct Support Professional (DSP) or CNA to provide one-on-one support to an adult with a disability. This position involves assisting with personal care, providing companionship, and helping create enjoyable experiences both at home and in the community. Community activities may include movies, bowling, outings, and other activities .

Schedule:

Monday, Tuesday & Friday | 7:00 AM-7:00

PM Pay:

Starting at $18.00 per hour Qualifications & Requirements The ideal candidate will: Have a high school diploma or GED Hold a valid driver's license Be physically able to assist with transfers from bed to wheelchair (approximately 80 lbs. ) Successfully complete required background checks Have current CPR/First Aid certification , or be willing to become certified — certification is paid for by us Live within approximately 40 minutes driving time of Topeka, KS , due to an on-call component of the position Be dependable, willing to learn, and comfortable working as part of a team Communicate well and collaborate with others to provide consistent, quality support If you are someone who enjoys helping others, building meaningful connections, and making a positive difference in someone's day, we would love to hear from you!
