Job Description

Twin Rivers Developmental Supports, Inc., is currently accepting applications for a Vocational Trainer. The Vocational Trainer is responsible for providing support to individuals with intellectual developmental disabilities in a work activity/day program setting. This is a full-time position working 8:00 am.to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.
Job Duties:
Ensures the individual's PCSP is followed and implemented. Responsible for one on one when needed. Maintain and input data electronically. Assist with daily living skills, (bathing, toileting, changing etc.) Responsible for quality control and inspection of work performance (based on work area). Plan and prepare activities, assist with outings. Medication administration as needed. Transport individuals as needed. Maintain a clean and safe environment. May be required to provide support at off-site day program locations. Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications :
High School diploma or GED is required. Prior experience in the field of intellectual developmental disabilities is preferred.
