This CNA Cohort is specifically designed for the Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) Interdisciplinary Team , where participants will serve as Adult Care Assistants . The Adult Care Assistant plays a vital role in supporting PACE participants by providing personal care, companionship, transportation assistance, and other supportive services under the direction of the interdisciplinary care team. Candidates must have reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and a satisfactory driving record. Please note that this sponsorship program is unpaid during the training and certification process . Required:

High School Diploma or GED. Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. Ability to successfully complete a one-way Spark Hire video interview. Education and employment history must successfully pass verification through an approved third-party vendor.

Driver Requirements:

Valid Louisiana Driver's License required. Clean driving record with no major violations. Must meet all FMOLHS-approved driver qualifications. Ability to safely transport participants in accordance with organizational policies.
