Perform light housekeeping and laundry duties. Provide mobility and transfer assistance, which may include using mechanical lift devices.

The Direct Support Professional (DSP) is responsible for providing direct support, hands-on instruction, assistance, and positive direction to individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities (I/DD) in a manner that ensures their health, safety, successful achievement of service objectives, and personal goals. If you are passionate about providing care and are willing to challenge yourself daily to make a positive impact on the lives of those you care for, we want YOU on our team! Enrich and support the lives of our residents while maintaining a safe and healthy environment Provide companionship and personalized care while encouraging independence and self-care. Assist with activities of daily living, including dressing, bathing, grooming, toileting, and eating. Complete medication administration and follow medical protocols. Prepare meals and snacks.Perform light housekeeping and laundry duties. Provide mobility and transfer assistance, which may include using mechanical lift devices.
