Job Description
Hammond Strawberry Fields is seeking dedicated & caring Direct Service Worker to provide care for one individual residing in our New Opportunities Waiver with intellectual disabilities and medical needs. This individual lives in Kentwood, LA. Responsibilities include assisting the individual with personal grooming, hygiene, meals and activities of daily living. Will also be responsible for driving client to appointments, activities, and coming to the Hammond office as needed.
Shifts available:
6A - 6P, including every other weekend Experience with intellectual disabilities and C.N.A. experience preferred. Must have valid drivers license. Must pass background check.Benefits:
