Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Independent Contractor- Personal Care Assistant (PCA) to provide exceptional in-home and community-based care to one of our consumer with diverse needs. As an Independent Contractor you will deliver personalized support that promotes independence, safety, and well-being, ensuring clients receive respectful, high-quality care tailored to their unique circumstances. Consumer is located in West Monroe, LA. Needing someone ASAP from Monday-Friday from 7am-7pm.

Requirements:

Clean background check At least 1 year or more caregiving/patient care experience Know ADLs/IADLs Responsibilities Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting to promote comfort and dignity. Support clients with mobility and transfer techniques using equipment like Hoyer lifts and patient transfer methods to ensure safe movement. Maintain detailed care plans, document patient observations, and update records accurately in compliance with healthcare standards. More details will be discussed during consultation.

Pay:

$11.00 - $12.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
