- The pay for this position starts at $21.12/hour, with additional compensation added for higher education and/or years of relevant experience up to $24.58/hour.
Schedule:
- Monday
- Friday; 7am
- 3pm This position is located in Fitchburg, MA.
- $1,000 Sign-on Bonus
- Additional $250 Bonus if MAP Certified

Job Qualifications:
- + Must be 21 years of age or older. + Valid driver's license

- . Bachelor's degree in related field preferred. + Previous experience working with individuals under 21 with psychological, emotional, and behavioral disorders, and/or autism spectrum disorders

- Must be able to attend a 2-week paid orientation, Monday to Friday, 8AM to 4PM, in Rutland, MA.
- + •Must be MAPS certified, or able to obtain certification within 90 days of employment.
