We're currently hiring Part-Time and Per Diem Resident Care Assistants (RCAs) to join our Assisted Living community. What You'll Do As a Resident Care Assistant, you'll play an essential role in enhancing the lives of our residents by providing compassionate, person-centered care.

Responsibilities include:

Assisting residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility Supporting residents according to individualized care plans Providing medication reminders in accordance with SAMM guidelines Escorting residents to meals, appointments, and activities Observing and reporting changes in residents' physical, emotional, or cognitive well-being Maintaining accurate documentation and communication with the care team Responding promptly to resident needs and emergencies Collaborating with nurses, leadership, and fellow caregivers to deliver exceptional care Helping maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment Why Join Youville Place? Qualifications Required:

Current CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) or Home Health Aide (HHA) certification Minimum of one year of experience caring for older adults Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed Strong communication skills and a dependable, team-focused attitude

Preferred:
