Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a reliable Home Health Aide (HHA) or CNA in Mashpee for a 12hours shift day and night, they will be responsible for providing personal care and supportive services to clients in their a care settings, helping them remain safe, comfortable, and independent.
Responsibilities typically include:
Assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility Providing hands-on support with transfers, ambulation, and positioning as needed Supporting personal hygiene and dignity , especially for male clients who may prefer a male caregiver Assisting with meal preparation , feeding, and hydration per care plan Providing companionship , conversation, and emotional support Monitoring and reporting changes in condition to supervisors or nursing staff Assisting with light housekeeping related to the client's care (laundry, bed changes, tidying personal space) Supporting exercise or range-of-motion activities as directed Ensuring a safe environment and following infection control and safety protocols Maintaining professional boundaries , confidentiality, and respectful communication at all times. Must have a clean driving record with a reliable mode of transportation.
