What You'll Be Doing As a Direct Support Professional, you'll play an important role in helping individuals live safely, independently, and successfully within their communities.

Responsibilities include:

Assisting with activities of daily living and personal care Supporting individuals with achieving personal goals and independence Encouraging participation in recreational and community activities Assisting with meal preparation, household tasks, and daily routines Providing medication support as directed Maintaining a safe, respectful, and person-centered environment Building positive relationships with residents and team members What We're Looking For Compassionate, reliable, and professional individuals Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Previous experience in human services, behavioral health, or direct care is helpful but not required Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply Why Consider This Opportunity?
