Job Description
- Support children with daily routines including hygiene, meals, dressing, and medication.
- Create a positive, structured environment that encourages communication, play, and skill-building.
- Use behavior support strategies to promote emotional regulation and reduce challenging behavior.
- Partner with clinical, educational, and healthcare teams to support individualized treatment plans.
- Provide transportation and community integration support for outings, appointments, and school transitions. What You Bring
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Valid and current U.S. driver's license with at least 1 year of licensed driving experience.
- Patience, compassion, and the ability to support children with diverse communication and behavioral needs.
