As Direct Support Staff, you help adults build independence, confidence, and daily living skills. You are not just providing care. You are supporting real goals, real progress, and real people. No experience required Clear pathways to higher pay with certification Flexible scheduling options Supportive supervisors and team-based work Work that matters, every shift Pay and growth $21.00-$22.72 per hour Higher pay with MAP certification (training provided) Opportunities to advance into senior and supervisory roles What you will do Support individuals with daily living skills, communication, and community activities Assist with medication administration (MAP training provided if needed) Encourage independence and personal goals Document care and follow established support plans What you need Valid driver's license with 3 years of driving experience and acceptable driving record Ability to pass CORI and fingerprinting Willingness to obtain MAP certification within three months Physical considerations, include but are not limited to Pushing, pulling, or lifting 50 lbs., transferring people of adult weight, and demonstration of CPR skills on the floor, which is required for certification.
