Divine Living Homecare LLC is growing, and we are looking for dependable, compassionate Home Health Aides (HHAs) and Caregivers to join our team throughout Cape Cod, Plymouth County, and the South Shore. We have clients who need care now and are looking for caregivers interested in full-time, part-time, and flexible schedules. Day, evening, weekend, and some short shifts may be available depending on your location and availability. What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience and client assignment Weekly pay Flexible scheduling Full-time and part-time opportunities Mileage/travel reimbursement when applicable Paid training Ongoing support from a local team Opportunities for additional hours as new clients are assigned Opportunities to grow into Lead Caregiver, Scheduler, or other office roles What You'll Do Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and other activities of daily living Provide companionship and safety supervision Assist with mobility and transfers as permitted by the care plan Prepare meals and snacks Perform light housekeeping and laundry Assist with errands and shopping when authorized Follow each client's individualized care plan Report changes or concerns to the office promptly Provide reliable, respectful, and compassionate care in the client's home Qualifications Home Health Aide (HHA) certificate preferred for personal-care assignments Home care experience preferred Reliable transportation to client homes Valid driver's license preferred Dependable attendance and good communication Ability to complete all required background and employment screenings Must be compassionate, professional, patient, and respectful Must be comfortable working independently in clients' homes Service Areas We are currently hiring caregivers for opportunities throughout Cape Cod & the Islands, Plymouth County, and the South Shore.
