Your Responsibilities As a DSP, you will: Provide direct one-on-one support with daily activities and routines. Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene. Support community participation, recreational activities, appointments, and outings. Assist with meal preparation, laundry, cleaning, and other household activities. Encourage communication, social interaction, independence, and participation. Provide appropriate behavioral support and redirection when necessary.
