Responsibilities Personal Care Experience Required:
The client requires significant assistance with toileting and personal hygiene . Candidates must have experience providing direct personal care, including diaper changes and bathing assistance . Applicants without experience providing these types of supports are encouraged not to apply. Monitor the client's safety and well-being throughout the overnight shift and respond promptly to their needs. Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including toileting, personal hygiene, bathing, dressing, and mobility. Provide appropriate assistance with diaper changes and incontinence care while maintaining the client's dignity, privacy, and comfort. Observe and document the client's condition, behaviors, and other relevant information to support health and safety. Assist with medication administration in accordance with prescribed protocols and safety procedures. Implement appropriate behavior-support strategies for individuals with behavioral challenges while maintaining a calm and supportive environment. Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary living environment through light housekeeping and proper sanitation practices. Respect the client's rights, dignity, privacy, and individual preferences at all times.
