Job Summary We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Health Care Aide to provide essential support and care to clients in their homes. The ideal candidate will assist with daily living activities, ensuring the comfort and safety of our clients while promoting their independence. This role requires a strong commitment to patient care and an understanding of the unique needs of seniors and individuals requiring assistance. Responsibilities Assist clients with personal hygiene, grooming, and bathing. Help with meal preparation and feeding as needed. Provide companionship and emotional support to clients. Monitor and document patient observations, including changes in health status. Maintain cleanliness in the client's living environment. Assist with mobility and transportation to appointments or activities. Support clients with medication reminders and adherence to prescribed treatments. Maintain accurate medical records as required by healthcare regulations. Skills Strong caregiving skills, with experience in senior care or assisted living environments preferred. Knowledge of CPR and first aid techniques is beneficial. Ability to observe patients' conditions and report changes effectively. Familiarity with medical records management and documentation practices. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Compassionate nature with a strong desire to help others maintain their quality of life. Ability to work independently while following care plans established by healthcare professionals.
