We support clients with varying levels of need — including dementia care, mobility support, chronic conditions, and companionship services. We are seeking dependable caregivers with strong work ethic and compassion. We are expanding our PRN team across multiple counties. Responsibilities Provide routine individualized care to elderly clients, convalescents, and persons with disabilities Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility Monitor and report changes in client health or behavior Provide companionship and emotional support Assist with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and safety supervision Administer medication (if certified) and follow care plans Communicate effectively with families and care coordinators Maintain professionalism, punctuality, and accurate documentation Qualifications Minimum 1 year of caregiving, home care, hospice, or related experience CPR certification required Willingness to complete a background check
CNA/GNA/HHA/CMT
preferred but not required Positive, patient, and compassionate demeanor Ability to build rapport with clients and families Ability to handle physical workload and follow care plans Strong communication skills Reliable transportation Why Join Our PRN Team? Pay:
$17.00 - $19.00 per hour
