Role:

A Place At Home Towson is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Home Care Aide to join our growing team in Laurel, MD. Responsibilities:

Provide personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene support Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation to ensure safety Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed Perform light housekeeping duties such as laundry, cleaning, and tidying living spaces Offer companionship and emotional support to clients and their families Monitor and report changes in client health or behavior to supervisors Assist with medication reminders and follow individualized care plans

Requirements:

Prior experience as a Home Care Aide, CNA, HHA, or caregiver preferred Valid driver's license and reliable transportation a plus Ability to pass a background check and drug screening Strong communication skills and a compassionate, patient demeanor Ability to follow care plans and work independently in a home setting CPR/First Aid certification preferred or willingness to obtain Must be dependable, punctual, and committed to client well-being
