Qualifications and Desired Experience:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligibility for clinical fellowship year (CFY) Valid state SLP licensure or ability to obtain prior to start date Previous school-based experience preferred, but not required Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for working with diverse student populations

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students K-12 Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student's needs Deliver direct therapy and consultative services in both group and one-on-one settings Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including teachers, psychologists, and families Document progress, maintain accurate records, and participate in IEP meetings to support student goals Provide resources and training to school staff and caregivers to reinforce communication strategies
