Job Description
Divine Help Healthcare Services, Inc. is seeking a patient, tactful, cheerful disposition, and enthusiastic healthcare support professional. The ability as well as the willingness to handle difficult participants is a plus.
Duties:
Â- Assist participant with activities of daily living. Â
- Perform support tasks delegated by Supervisor in compliance with the Maryland DDA requirements. Â
- Assist with medication and medication reminders as needed. Â
- Ensure light housekeeping duties and chores are completed. Â
- Ensure safety of participant at all times. Â
- Staff will be required to utilize agency electronic systems for communication, progress notes, incident report filing. Â
- Ability to report and document incidents within the required timeframe. Â
- Check and respond to emails daily to maintain proper communication with program office. Â
- Driving and community interaction is required. This may include, and is not limited to, attending various events, or activities. Â
- Other duties as assigned by the Operations Director.
