The Role As a PSS, you are the heartbeat of our service. You'll work one-on-one with our client in her home. She has been without consistent help, and what matters most to her is someone who shows up.

Your day-to-day will include:

Personal Care:

Assisting with "Activities of Daily Living" (ADLs) like dressing, bathing, grooming, and mobility. This is the majority of the role.

Home Support:

Preparing meals, light housekeeping, and laundry.

Errands:

Grocery shopping and household supply runs.

Connection:

Providing companionship and a steady, familiar presence each morning. No pets in the home. The Schedule We're filling this as either one full-time position or two part-time positions, whichever fits the right people:

Full-time:

35 hours/week, about 5 hours a day, 7 days a week Part-time (weekdays): Monday-Friday, 25 hours/week Part-time (weekends): Saturday and Sunday, 10 hours/week Every shift starts at 9:00 AM. Our client is a morning person and her routine is built around it. Apply even if you can only take part of the week—tell us which days work and we'll build around you.

What We're Looking For Heart First:

A genuine desire to help others and a reliable, patient personality.

Experience:

PSS, PCA, CNA, HHA, or comparable hands-on caregiving experience.

Communication:

If something changes, we want to hear it from you first.

Requirements:

Must be 18+, able to pass a background check, and have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
