Job Description

If you are looking for a fun and rewarding job helping individuals reach their maximum potential Families Matter, Inc. is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) for a full time position in our Hallowell Community Support Program and a Direct Support Professional (DSP) position in our Waterville Community Support Program. Our DSPs provide direct support to meet the specific needs of adults with developmental disabilities via a community-based day program. As a DSP you would assist the individuals we serve to achieve specific goals and increased independence, productivity, and inclusion in the community where they live. Tasks include but are not limited to direct supervision of individuals during operating hours. This supervision may be at the physical location of the program or out in the community. You would be directly involved with providing habilitation services as outlined in the Plan of Care and daily detailed documentation. We provide competitive wages commensurate to the applicant's experience and super benefits! Wages range from $15.76

Requirements:
Must be 18 years of age and older
  • A clean driving record
  • Basic computer skills
  • A pre-hire criminal background check is required.
DSP, MANDT, CPR & BBP
certification is preferred. No experience is necessary and Families Matter, Inc will pay for the cost of all needed certifications.
