Community Andwell Health Partners is seeking a compassionate and dependable Lead Direct Support Professional (DSP) to support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in home and community settings. This role combines direct support responsibilities with leadership and oversight of DSP staff to help ensure high-quality, person-centered care. Responsibilities Provide direct support services in home, community, and day program settings Assist consumers with independent living skills, community engagement, communication, and daily activities Supervise and support DSP staff, including scheduling, training, and documentation oversight Complete assessments, ISPs, progress notes, incident reports, and other required documentation Collaborate with guardians, case managers, providers, and interdisciplinary teams Ensure services are delivered according to consumer goals and organizational standards Provide DSP coverage as needed Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Two years of experience working with adults with disabilities preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Basic computer and tablet proficiency Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance required Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed Why Join Andwell?
