Role:
Farleigh's Senior Care Home is seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to join our team at our Michigan Avenue and Morgan Road location in Battle Creek, MI. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in enhancing the lives of our senior residents by providing essential daily living assistance.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, and dressing Provide medication assistance as directed Prepare meals and snacks Assist with light housekeeping tasks Offer companionship and social interaction Document resident care and progress
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Proven experience in a healthcare setting within the past year Ability to pass a background check and drug screen Strong interpersonal and communication skills Compassionate and patient demeanor Ability to work flexible shifts, including days, evenings, and nights
