The ideal candidate will be caring, patient, responsible, and respectful of the client's privacy and independence. Responsibilities Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting as appropriate Assist with mobility, transfers, and walking as needed Prepare and serve meals and provide basic meal assistance Provide medication as directed Monitor and report changes in the client's condition or needs Perform light housekeeping , including: Laundry and changing linens Washing dishes and cleaning the kitchen Vacuuming, sweeping, and dusting Keeping the client's living areas clean and organized Taking out trash Maintain a safe, comfortable, and clean home environment Respect confidentiality and the client's personal belongings and home Qualifications Previous caregiving, home health aide, personal care, or senior-care experience preferred Reliable, compassionate, and trustworthy Good communication and organizational skills Able to work independently in a private-home setting Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred CPR/First Aid certification preferred References required Background check required Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys helping others and takes pride in providing dependable, respectful, and compassionate care.
