Direct Support Professionals are committed to advocating for and supporting our consumer's goals while maintaining a safe and positive environment for them. We work alongside individuals with mental, behavioral and/or physical limitations in their own homes and in the community. CHS Employees specialize in coaching our consumers various life skills to help them gain or maintain their independence. This may include assisting and/or encouraging with daily activities such as housekeeping, cooking, community involvement, etc. Full-Time Overnight Position

• applicants must be able to work 12:00 am
• 10:00 am and alternate weekends.

What You'll Do:

Provide Personalized Support

• Assist individuals with daily living activities such as meal preparation, housekeeping, and personal care as needed. Promote Independence
• Encourage and support individuals in achieving their personal goals while fostering self-sufficiency. Engage in the Community
• Accompany and assist individuals in community activities, appointments, and social outings. Advocate for Individuals
• Ensure individuals' rights, choices, and dignity are respected and upheld. Be a Role Model
• Demonstrate patience, compassion, and encouragement in all interactions.
