Duties Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including personal care, grooming, bathing, and dressing Support residents with medication administration and monitor vital signs in accordance with care plans and HIPAA regulations Help residents with meal preparation, feeding, and maintaining proper nutrition Conduct patient observation, monitor health status, and report changes to healthcare teams promptly Facilitate engaging activities that promote social interaction, cognitive stimulation, and emotional well-being Maintain cleanliness of living spaces through regular cleaning duties and ensure a safe environment for all residents Skills Prior experience working in group homes, assisted living facilities, nursing homes, or home health environments Knowledge of Developmental Disability Ability to perform patient monitoring, vital signs measurement, and basic first aid including CPR training Familiarity with care plans, resident rights, medication administration, and HIPAA compliance Strong communication skills for effective client interaction and team collaboration Join us as a Direct Support Professional to provide heartfelt care that transforms lives!
