We're looking for a motivated, customer-focused individual who can excel both in the retail front-end and in basic tire shop operations. This hybrid role combines retail sales , customer service , and hands-on tire service work , making it perfect for someone who enjoys variety and learning multiple aspects of the business.

Key Responsibilities Retail & Customer Service:

Greet customers and provide exceptional in-store service Recommend tires, services, and promotions based on customer needs Create estimates, open work orders, and finalize sales transactions Answer phone calls and assist with scheduling Maintain a clean, organized showroom

Tire Technician Duties:

Perform tire installations, rotations, repairs, and balancing Inspect tire conditions to recommend appropriate services Assist with shop organization and equipment upkeep Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work area Skills Proven work experience as a Retail Sales Representative, Sales Associate or Apprentice Technition Understanding of the retail sales process Familiarity with consumer behavior principles Knowledge of inventory stocking procedures Basic math skills Track record of achieving sales quotas Excellent communication skills, capable of building trusting relationships Ability to perform in fast-paced environments Previous retail, sales, or customer service experience preferred Basic mechanical aptitude or prior tire shop experience a plus Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to lift 50+ lbs as needed Willingness to learn both sales and shop procedures Reliable, team-oriented, and customer-focused mindset
