Rehab Tech | Wildwood West - E. Beltline Make a real impact—help someone build independence while building a career, you're proud of. As a Rehabilitation Technician I, you'll support individuals recovering from traumatic brain and spinal cord injuries as they rebuild strength, independence, and quality of life. You'll provide hands-on assistance with daily living, hygiene, community involvement, and therapeutic goals while building meaningful relationships and celebrating each step toward greater independence. What You'll Do Assist with daily living (ADLs), personal care, and medications Support community outings, transportation, and activities Build positive relationships and encourage independence Help maintain a safe, structured, and supportive environment What We're Looking For Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented Strong communication and ability to build trust Adaptable, patient, and resilient Person-centered mindset with respect for individual differences
