Acute Care Patient Care Assistant Casual Position Scheurer Health, a critical access rural hospital, is seeking a Certified Nurse Aide to work on an as needed basis.

Responsibilities:

Follow Scheurer s policies and procedures, participate in improving the patient and family experience. Provide basic patient care, and assistance to the nursing and physician staff as needed. Unit Clerk/Receptionist responsibilities during their shift. Assist outside clinical departments as needed.

Requirements:

Highschool diploma or equivalent Complete a Certified Nursing Assistant course Valid CENA Certification Minimum one year s experience as a CENA in a hospital environment Minimum one year of experience in a clerical position. Current Basic Life Support (BLS) card.
