Full Job Description Job Title:

Home Health Aide Duties:

Provide direct patient care
Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
Administer medications as prescribed by healthcare professionals
Assist with medical documentation and maintain accurate patient records
Prepare and cook meals according to dietary restrictions and preferences
Assist with light housekeeping tasks, such as laundry and cleaning
Provide companionship and emotional support to patients
Follow all HIPAA regulations to ensure patient privacy and confidentiality

Skills:

Experience in home care or similar healthcare setting preferred
Knowledge of medical terminology and systems
Proficient in medication administration and dosage calculations
Strong attention to detail for accurate medical documentation
Ability to effectively communicate with patients, families, and healthcare team members
Compassionate and empathetic nature to provide quality patient care
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
